The Imago Leadership Course™ is a 10 to 12-month team-based formation experience that equips mission-driven teams to lead with spiritual depth, adaptive wisdom, and Gospel-shaped integrity. Grounded in the principles of Direction, Alignment, and Commitment (DAC), and inspired by the book Leadership-in-Community: The Missiology, Community & Ethics of Missional Leadership, this course invites teams to reimagine leadership as a communal calling, one marked by trust, transformation, and shared witness.

Through guided readings, spiritual practices, team dialogue, and adaptive leadership exercises, your team will journey through ten modules that explore identity, mission, crisis, culture, and peacemaking. Each session integrates insights from your Imago Leadership Team Assessment™, offering a customized path toward deeper alignment and lasting impact.
